ORDERING

    Catch A Star Fine Art currently accepts secure payment via credit/debit card, Paypal or Shop Payments. Options will be presented to you at checkout.

    PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

    Fine Art Prints: Many orders are shipped directly to you from my home studio via US Postal Service or UPS (or other package delivery services, depending on your location), including prints up to 16x20. Prints up to 8x10 are shipped flat in durable mailing envelopes. Prints 11x14 and up are shipped rolled in a tube as this provides better protection for the corners and is the industry standard. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery due to fluctuations in carrier delivery times.

    Large Prints & Canvases: Prints larger than 16x20 and all canvases are shipped directly from my professional lab in boxes or tubes, via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please allow a few extra days for delivery of canvas  prints and specialty items, as these may take a little longer in-lab.

    Custom Products: Some custom products are also shipped directly from the printer. Again, you will receive tracking details on these items, which generally ship within 5-6 days of order.

      International orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS,or other carrier available in your area.. Any customs, fees, taxes, or additional fees incurred at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Catch A Star Fine Art Photography is not responsible for those expenses.

      Rush Options: If you need your order rushed, please let me know asap and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Additional postage fees may apply depending on your delivery requests.

      Shipping Address: I will ship to the address on your cart checkout, so please make sure it accurately reflects the shipping location, including apartment number if applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. While we can often make changes to the address before shipment, we cannot make changes to the address while the shipment is in transit.

      If an order is returned to us because of a customer error while entering the address and/or an incorrect address provided at checkout, re-shipment fees will be paid by the customer. If the customer does not want the item reshipped, merchandise credit will only be provided once the package is received back.

      Gift orders can be shipped directly to the recipient. Please put a note on your order form where you would like it sent. 

      Insurance: Package insurance is not included. If you would like to insure your purchase, please contact me.

      REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

      We gladly accept returns on unframed prints and canvases for store credit only.

      We do not accept returns on customized pieces, framed prints, framed canvases or sale items. These items are final sale.

      We want to be sure you absolutely love your artwork! Since all items are printed to order, returns are accepted for store credit only.

      For your item to be eligible for return, it must be unused and in all the original packaging.  

      • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
      • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
      • Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase

      Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Returns must be shipped to our office in Florida. Returns will not be accepted due to customer error. Once your return is received and inspected for damage, you'll receive an email with your store credit. If the item is damaged when the return is received, the credit amount may be adjusted or denied.


        **Please note that the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Your store credit, not including original shipping costs incurred, will be applied following receipt of returned item in good condition.**

        CANCELLATIONS

        We work hard to get started on your order as soon as it is received. Cancellations can be made within two hours of the order being placed. Please email heather@catchastarfineart.com for assistance if you need to cancel. If items are in production or have been shipped, a cancellation can not take place.

        DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

        IF YOUR TRACKING DETAILS SHOW THAT YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED, but you do not have it, please start by asking all family members and neighbors if they may have accepted the package. Often missing packages are happily located right inside your home :).

        No luck? CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE NEXT. They have more details from the carrier and can help to try to locate your package.

        If an item is marked as delivered and you can't find it, we will not reship until USPS approves a loss claim. Ask your postmaster for details on this form.

        IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, please provide photos - you will then need to file a damage claim with the carrier in order to replace the items. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for full replacement only.
