Shipping Information
Current production times prior to shipment are as follows:
Unframed prints - 3-5 business days
Unframed canvases - 4-6 business days
Framed canvases - 5-7 business days
While we ask that you allow this time for print processing, many times items do ship quicker than listed. You'll receive an email with tracking details once an item has shipped.
Shipping Costs
US: All items ship for free with Standard Shipping. Allow 5-10 business days (including production time) for delivery within the United States. If you would like to upgrade shipping, please email heather@catchastarfineart.com for options and pricing.
Free shipping uses USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on your location and the items ordered.
Shipping Details
Smaller prints (up to 8x10) are able to be shipped flat. Prints are protected with a plastic sleeve and shipped in sturdy mailers.
Prints 11x14 and up are rolled and placed inside strong tube mailers to prevent creases and corner damage.
Unframed canvases are bagged and shipped in corrugated cardboard boxes.
Framed canvases are wrapped in plastic and bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes.
