production time | shipping | returns
Current production times prior to shipping are as follows:
- Art Prints: 3-5 business days
- Unframed Canvases: 4-6 business days
- Framed Canvases: 5-7 business days
Once an item has shipped, you’ll be emailed the tracking information.
Though we ask that you allow the full number of days for processing, items may ship out sooner.
Fine Art Prints: Many orders are shipped directly to you from my home studio via US Postal Service or UPS (or other package delivery services, depending on your location), including prints up to 16x20.
Prints up to 8x10 are shipped flat in durable mailing envelopes.
Prints 11x14 and up are shipped rolled in a tube as this provides better protection for the corners and is the industry standard.
Please allow 10-14 days for delivery due to fluctuations in carrier delivery times.
Large Prints & Canvases: Prints larger than 16x20 and all canvases are shipped directly from my professional lab in boxes or tubes, via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Please allow a few extra days for delivery of canvas prints and specialty items, as these may take a little longer
in-lab.
All items ship for free with Standard Shipping (5-10+ business days for delivery including production times) within the United States.
US customers are also able to upgrade shipping to Priority (4-7+ business days for delivery including production times) for a fee at checkout depending on the product.
Please see our policy page for full details on how returns are handled. As all of our items are printed to order, we provide a store credit for returned unframed prints and unframed canvases only. Framed prints and
framed canvases are not eligible for return. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery and all items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
IF YOUR TRACKING DETAILS SHOW THAT YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED, but you do not have it, please start by asking all family members and neighbors if they may have accepted the package. Often missing packages are happily located right inside your home :).
No luck? CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE NEXT. They have more details from the carrier and can help
to try to locate your package.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, please contact us with a description of the damage so we can move forward.
more questions
Yes I do! I am represented by Penny Lane Publishing - please contact them for licensing details.
Yes - wholesale options are available for quantities of 10+ per size/image. If you're a shop owner or reseller who would like to wholesale my art, please contact me and we'll make arrangements.
Small prints (up to 8x10) are shipped flat and ready to frame. 5x7 and 8x10 are standard sizes and frames are readily available.
Larger prints (11x14 and up) are shipped in a tube to prevent creasing and corner damage during shipping. These prints may require time to relax before framing. We recommend leaving the print in the protective plastic bag, and lay it flat with weighed-down corners for a day or two to allow the curl to relax. Please make sure to do this on a flat hard surface to avoid creating creases.
At this time we do not offer framing for art prints.
A gallery wrap is a canvas print stretched tightly around a thick wooden stretcher frame. The canvas is secured to the back of the frame with staples, creating a smooth, continuous surface on the front that gives the artwork a sculptural quality.
Canvas prints have a lovely texture and a matte finish, so they are a great choice for those who hate glare on their artwork. Canvas wraps have a sleek, minimalist aesthetic. They arrive ready to hang and do not require framing - although floating frames can also be added.
A floating frame creates the illusion of artwork floating within the frame by leaving a gap between the frame and the artwork. This adds depth and dimension to the display and provides a beautiful finished look.
Currently I offer framing on panoramic beach house and lake house signs. If you'd like framing on a different canvas product, please contact me for pricing.
The answer to this is - it depends! If an image is shown, for example, with a horizontal crop and you'd prefer vertical, send me a message and I'll take a look at the image and see if an alternate crop will work.
