This surreal scene from the Great Sand Dunes National Monument in Alamosa, Colorado is a beautiful minimalist art piece.
I generally think of Colorado as green and mountainous, but the Sand Dunes in the southern part of the state will show you another side of the state. It's a bit of a trek to get to the Sand Dunes, but well worth the effort. Situated in the San Luis valley at the base of the Sangre de Cristo mountains in southern Colorado, the dunes here are the highest in the US - up to 750 feet! Bring water, sunscreen, and energy ... hiking up the dunes is no joke! Yes, you can climb all over them. People bring plastic saucer sleds to slide down, too! It's a really cool experience, and one I definitely recommend if you find yourself in that part of the state.

Framing Details
- Sizes listed are for the artwork itself.
- Floating frame adds approximately 2" to each dimension.
- Float frames are attached to the canvas structure and do not have acrylic covering.

Current production times prior to shipping are as follows:
- Unframed Prints: 3-5 business days
- Unframed Canvases: 4-6 business days
- Framed Canvases: 5-7 business days

- Art prints up to 8x10” are mailed inside stay-flat envelopes.
- Prints 11x14” and larger are rolled and mailed inside kraft mailing tubes to prevent shipping damage.
- Stretched canvas prints are bagged in a protective plastic layer, and then sealed in a corrugated box before shipping.
- Framed prints and canvases are wrapped carefully in bubble wrap before being boxed.
We offer returns on unframed prints and unframed canvases for store credit only. Framed prints and framed canvases are not eligible for return or exchange.
